Privacy Statement TUDesc

TUDesc B.V. (hereinafter "TUDesc") processes personal data and configuration data for education spaces in its software application "Interactive Education Spaces Configurator". In this privacy statement (hereinafter "Privacy Statement") the wording in capital is defined in the Terms and Conditions TUDesc.

The Privacy Statement provides you as (potential) Customer information about the purposes for which TUDesc collects and stores the personal data. TUDesc handles personal data confidentially and does not share any information to third parties.

REGISTRATION

If the (potential) Customer wants to try out the Interactive Education Spaces Configurator, one must first complete the registration process. The following (personal) data is required for a successful registration process:

• username;
• e-mail address;
• first name;
• last name;
• password; and
• institute.

LICENSE OF USE

If the (potential) Customer wants to obtain a License of Use then the following (personal) data, of the Institute’s contact person to whom the invoice must be addressed, is required for financial administration and handling:

• e-mail address;
• first name;
• last name;
• phone number;
• Institute’s address;
• postal code; and
• VAT number

REMOVAL OF DATA

• Personal data, such as username, e-mail address, first name, last name, and password remain stored up to fifteen (15) months after the License of Use has ended. On Customer’s request, personal data may be unidentified earlier.

ADJUSTMENT OF PRIVACY STATEMENT

• TUDesc may amend the Privacy Statement from time to time. TUDesc provides the most recent version through its website. If the Privacy Statement is not available via the Internet, TUDesc will send the most recent copy by email upon request.
